Getting back on track after a binge/cheat day

I’m currently doing a lean bulk, planning on doing this for at least a year or so if not more. I’m at a 250-300 calorie per day surplus.

I’ve been very good and consistent lately however today I was extremely hungry and ended up eating an entire jar of peanut butter.

Feeling super sick. Should I drop my calories the next couple of days? I want to gain as little fat as possible and avoid a dirty bulk.
