Hey all so had some really good help in the losing fat section the other day so thought I'd come back for some more help on my diet.
I'm 5 foot 6/7 inches and started my cut at 90kg.
My pt is also a dietician so has given me this plan

1.5 scoops on whey
Meal 2:

50g brocolli
5g olive oil
Meal 3:
150g 5 percent lean mince beef
50g brocolli
Long grain rice 50g
Meal 4:
Salmon 185g
Brocolli 50g
Sweet potato mash 150g
Meal 5:
2 scoops on whey
Meal 6:
150g chicken breast
50g brocolli
Sweet potato mash 150g
Total calories : 2345
Protein: 246.8
Carbs: 168
Fat: 57.4
How does this look to you guys. I'm training every body part twice in 8 days with 2 days rest. So 3 days on 1 day off. Focus isn't on lifting heavy it's on squeezing and feeling the muscles with enough weight and prescribed tempos which I think personally has given my body more of a response then the heavy strength training I use to do. I am looking to cut and become at least 15% bodyfat. Does this diet plan look good to you?
