So I was cutting for quite awhile. I ended my cut at not too low of carbs for once. I ended at 194g carbs 170g of protein, and around 60-70ish grams of fat. I decided I wanted to reverse diet but I added in 400 calories from the start just to kind of get back towards maintenance. I’ve been at 2300-2400 calories these past 2 weeks to see how my weight changes and so far, it seems I’m at maintenance. Which we all know our maintenance changes after a long period of time cutting. I’m now at around 220-230g protein, 245-255g carbs, and 60-70g fats. But to get to the point of the post, it’s been almost a month since I’ve even had a simple cheat meal. Would it be okay if I had an entire cheat day on my birthday? To be honest, I probably will end up going over 2400 calories as we will be having a bunch of stuff to eat which will definitely not be healthy. Would it be okay to do this? Bc I plan on eating cake and all. My cravings have been insane and I don’t want to have a cheat meal right now because I want to have an entire cheat day on my birthday. Any suggestions?
