Hello Guys,
I am extremely new to body building. My main goal is to build muscles and bulk up. I am really skinny and wanted to make sure if my current diet is going to helpful towards my goal. I am 22 years old, weighing 67 kg and have a height of 5'10. According to a maintenance calories calculator, I should be eating 2500 calories to maintain and 3000 calories to bulk up. I am hoping to have a breakdown of 40% protein / 30% Carbs / 30% Fats
I really appreciate for taking the time to help me out here. Thank you. Below is my diet plan:
Breakfast - 3 Egg Whites, 3 Whole Eggs, 2 Whole Grain Bread Slices
Snack 1 - Vector Cereal with skimmed Milk, Mixed Nuts (~ 15 almonds, a handful peanuts), 1 Scoop Whey Protein mixed with Milk
Lunch - 1 piece Chicken Breast baked, 1 Sweet Potato Baked
----- WORKOUT ------
Post-Workout Snack - Shake consisting of 2 Scoop Whey Protein, 1 Banana, 1 scoop Peanut Butter and half a glass Milk
Dinner - 1 Chicken Breast baked with Rice
Thank you so much again for your time and any input on this meal plan. Feel free to ask my any questions regarding the thread :)
