54 YO male...
Dropped 75 lbs over the past year...primarily intermittent fasting (since January). Began using an over 50 workout plan with bands and body weight while gyms were closed...got back into the gym to lift in July.
Started carb cycling (same over 50 fitness plan) as above...hit my target weight and want to gain a bit of lean muscle mass. Concerned that my carb cycling is a bit extreme for muscle gain...
Mon < 50 grams carbs
Tue < 50 grams carbs
Wed .5 g carbs per lbs of body weight (approx 100 per)
Thu < 50 grams carbs
Fri < 50 grams carbs
Sat .5 g carbs per lbs of body weight
Sun 2 g carbs per lbs of body weight
Any suggested changes?
