I created a new thread since the above thread was started with a question for that poster versus starting a thread for discussion.
I will start with saying I believe the two types of meats should be separate from the red meat (beef) studies and health concerns around eating too much. I do not see any clinical data around what I will call “the other red meats” that show anything but positive. This is referencing meats like bison, elk, moose, ostrich etc.
