Morning guys. I’ve been working out again over the past few weeks, after a very long layoff away from the gym.
I’m definitely steadily getting stronger again (almost workout to workout), but my weight and body fat has stayed pretty constant (6’, 175 pounds, around 20%). 20% is still pretty high and I’m keen to get that down.
I’ve been eating around 1900 calories, aiming for 190g protein and 35% fat. Should I maybe reduce that to 1700 calories, even if it means sacrificing some protein in the process? Or if I’m continuing to get stronger in the gym and not putting on weight, should I leave things as they are?
