Hello everyone, Quacky's here to ask this forum community for some help. Quacky needs a meal plan that promotes muscle building, reasonably cheap, easy to make, and also fits his schedule.
A couple of weeks ago, Quacky just joined the gym and it has been great so far. Despite that, it's has been slow progress for him. And Quacky just found out that he doesn't have a proper diet to follow. See, the thing is Quacky works as a kitchen apprentice in a restaurant. His shift usually starts from 1200 to 2330. Despite working in the kitchen, Quacky did not have a chance to chow down at every time he sees fit as he's too busy serving customers. The only time Quacky has to eat is during breakfast(around 0700 before gym) and during his time break(around late evening). Quacky did not have the luxury for a late-night snack, because he usually goes to sleep an hour after he's back from work.
To sum it up, Quacky need a meal plan that fits all of the criteria above. Just a piece of extra information, Quacky lives in Singapore. Asian supermarket has so many cheap stuff, but Quacky doesn't know what to buy. The only thing Quacky can't consume is pork-based ingredients and alcoholic substances.
Hope this forum community could help Quacky. He doesn't know where else to go. Thank you.
