Ok so to start the diet I do is the anabolic diet. Basically it’s like keto Monday-Friday with F 220g P 225g and C 30g and my daily calorie intake is 3000. My protein normally isn’t at 220 a tiny bit under but I get more fat to compensate. Now on the weekends there carb ups so typically I like to eat a whole pizza on Saturday so about 3k in calories and I’ve currently been on a bulk for the last 6 months. I eat the exact same foods Monday-Friday so I’m always at my macros and good all week long. Is having pizza once a week on Saturday when it’s my carb up anyway a bad idea? When I go to cut is it going to be harder because I ate pizza those times? I’m thinking no and when I cut I won’t be eating pizza.
