I’ve been having intense bloating and gas issues. I will outline my diet. It was very repetitive due to just it being easy cause of my job and financially.
I was having 3500 cals for a while then dropped to 3200. I’d like to hover around 3k to 3200. I’m 5’6, 155. I was 160 but I had to eat a normal diet to find out what the issue was. NO food allergy.
My diet was:
2 servings oatmeal w/ 8oz almond milk, Serving of almonds, protein shake (gold standard Optimum nutrition whey isolate)
8oz ground turkey, Slice of cheese, two servings of white rice, 3oz string beans
3 rice cakes, serving of peanut butter, protein shake
8oz ground turkey, two servings white rice, 3oz string beans
Banana, serving of peanut butter, protein shake.
My macros were:
316g carbs
96g fat
227g protein
I was having 5 meals a day, I may up to 6. Maybe change the rice with something else. I’m open to all suggestions. Maybe if you know of other good protein sources besides my shake, i can make that my 6th meal.
