Lord help me control myself

So I've posted before and here I am again. 🤣 I'm not in a prep. I'm getting married in two weeks. I'm not in bad shape. Anyways that doesn't matter now because nothing is changing in two weeks. But why on gods earth can I not stop binging. I've done it this afternoon, I haven't done it for a while. And I don't even know if it's considered a binge but it's more food than I would normally eat. I started off well. Eggs and wholemeal toast this morning. Chicken and rice for lunch. It went down hill when I made enchiladas. I ate those. Coleslaw. 2 beef kebab things. Then my cousin came with cupcakes. Ate 2. Ate biscuits and biscoff Spread. Then some fruit crumble. Is there any podcasts about food, its been going on for ages 😭🤣 I would post a picture of myself but I don't know how,
