Given the current circumstances with covid and stuff my school does not allow us to leave campus along with that the dinning hall is a mess and the meal options are all messed up. Anyways, my question is, what is your thoughts on eating primarily canned chicken for my meals? I know it is not the best option but right now my meals are basically canned chicken, protein bars, whey isolate, peanut butter, almonds, oats, and cream of rice. Can I continue to eat canned chicken and numerous protein bars a day and stay healthy, lean, and filled with energy for my next workout? Am I missing any nutritional benefits when consuming canned chicken instead of your regular home cooked chicken breast? And would you have any recommendations for this unique circumstance diet?
