So my goal is to gain weight. Im a male, 5’8,115 lbs, im super skinny and want to get to around 140 lbs. because of work and my mental health I’ve been following a diet that is not exactly healthy but very easy for me to follow and keep track :
Breakfast : smoothie ( 1/2 cup oat, 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1-2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, a handful spinach blend with whole milk ) i’d say around 700 kcal
Lunch : ensure original, 2 banana, 1 hershey bar, naked protein smoothie add up to 800-900 kcal
Dinner : protein smoothie, basically the same as breakfast smoothie minus the strawberries and add in 1 cup whey iso, around 800 kcal
Snack : some nuts around 200 kcal
So it add up about 2600+ kcal which is my daily goal.
This diet is mostly liquid, i simple find it the easiest way to consume food cause i have trouble eating ( work inconveniences, depression,...) i also took multivitamins
