Im 42 and weight 280. I started working out seriously recently to try to get in better shape. I am not trying to become a bodybuilder, but I want to have the best body that I can and I have always admired the sport and the athletics. I naturally have a large frame and un until 3 years ago I use to work out regularly and was very strong and bulky. But I never practiced good nutrition and have always had a belly and been overweight. I am trying to build muscle and lose weight. Everything I read online about nutrition and getting big talks about eating a lot of calories, eating good and training hard. But most of these articles assume that the person is small and not overweight. What about if your overweight? How do you eat to get muscular what your overweight?
