Binge episodes

Help please.. I've had issues with food in the past, I've never done anything about it because I've always reached my goal 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm not over weight nor am I underweight.

I really struggle with an "off plan" meal. I'm in prep, and so far I've had two scheduled off plan meals. Though I take it too far, today I made sweet potato tortillas and made fajitas, and alongside this I ate a multi share bag of fudge, two large cookies, a quarter of a cookie pie and some 320 cals per tub ice cream. Also some pieces of chocolate.. My prep food doesn't lack calories, I'm on a high fat high protein low carbs prep. Its basic, I eat the same meals, same time, each day. And it doesn't phase me, but as soon as my coach says I'm due an off plan meal I just fall off the wagon too much, help me 😭🙏🏻
