From what I read, to gain muscle you need to be at a caloric surplus. To get visible abs you need to cut body fat, i.e caloric deficit. Is it possible to achieve both?
My biggest issue is I'm genetically disposed to only get fat in my belly. I'm 6'0, and even at 130 lbs my bottom 4 abs don't show (155 lbs now). Is there an approach I can take to both continue to gain muscle and lose enough fat to show abs?
