I don’t have good sources of carbs at home, so to replace nearly all of the 430 grams of carbs, I use “Pro performance bulk”. 1/2 serving at 11:00 am then again at 5 pm then again at 12 am after my workout.
I’m trying to do body recomposition, and I wanna know if this mass gainer is actually gunna help me achieve body recomposition or if it’s just gunna add more belly fat and love handles.

I’m 5ft 8in and I weigh 168 lbs.
