Been cutting for nearly 4 weeks. I tend to get a little impatient with the process (working on that). I attached a couple of pics. One is a weight chart and the other shows my weekly averages (calories,macros,steps). I’m wanting to get down to 160-165 while doing my best to maintain as much strength/muscle as possible. I’m 5’9. So far my strength has been fantastic in the gym. I’m not low on energy or anything. I’m lifting 3x per week along with 10k steps minimum per day. No hunger or energy issues as of yet.
