i’m going to be meal prepping tomorrow for my phase of lean bulking. I have three main meals that i’m going to be eating throughout the day everyday, i will consume other foods such as peanut butter, oatmeal, or cereal, etc for the extra calories. But, i’ve heard that eating the same thing everyday can make your body get used to the foods you eat and eventually you would not really reap the benefits or your digestive system would get so used to digesting the same foods. My three main meals are the following :
my pre workout meal consists of 6 oz if sweet potatoes, 5 oz of chicken breast, and one cup of rice
my post workout is 8oz of tilapia and 6 oz of green beans
my third main meal is 4 oz of spaghetti with pizza sauce, 6 oz of beef and 6 oz of broccoli.
i tried to focus on getting my vegetable intake in daily, also will be consuming a different fruit everyday, for example banana with my breakfast, or an orange or berries.
