I am 141lb trying to clean bulk to 155lb and I am eating between 2470-2500 calories a day. For the past 4 weeks my weight fluctuates between 0.25lb-1.3lb on any given morning when I weigh myself. I am still gaining strength and my measurements are creeping up. Should I stay on the current calories for a few more weeks or increase calories a little now (I do not want to increase to much as I gain fat real easy)?
