I have a full time job at about 50-60hours per week so im trying to make a diet plan that doesnt involve a lot of cooking and can be prepped for the day pretty quickly, but my problem is i always end up at higher fats than protein.
Im what you would consider a hardgainer, so basically im wondering is as long as im in excess of my DCI, will a 50C 30F 20P accomplish me putting on size and muscle? the protein is at like 170G a day or so.
