How to go from dieting to lean bulking?

I’ve been focused on dieting down for so long now, and I’m ready to put on 10 lbs of lean muscle. I want to gain as little fat as possible, but the only problem is, I’m super paranoid about eating as much as I’m supposed to bc I don’t want to get fat like I used to be. Any advice? I got the training down but my nutrition is the only thing that isn’t up to par, I’m definitely not eating enough, I just get too in my mind about it.
