Hello so i used bodybuildings bulking calculator today
Im 29yrs old 1m 93cm tall and my weight is 84kilograms


Can i bulk with this?
If i wanted to decrease the calories down to 2900 which macro should i decrease?
PROTEIN: 234 g per day (936 calories)
CARBS: 312 g per day (1248 calories)
FATS: 104 g per day (936 calories)
TOTAL CALORIES: 3121
