Really need some help

Need some help

Hey guys. I recently started a weight lifting program called Body Beast by beach body. It's pretty lift intensive. According to the program I have to eat 3000 calories a day since it starts with build/bulk then in the last month it's a cut. My concern is that im already fat 33% bf. Should I continue with this caloric amount or cut it down? I don't want to get fatter, and I am putting in the work. Is the program correct?

Weight - 239
Bf - 33%
Age - 32
Calorie intake - 3000
Calorie split - carbs 50%, protein and fats 25% each.

Would appreciate your inputs.

Any advise?
