Hi folks, hope all going well in the training world, just wondering would it make that much of a difference to go with for example hazlenut butter, Pecan butter, almond butter, over peanut butter ? I know that peanut butter has more protein, not really that much and all the other facts are pretty much the same as the other butters, is there a particular reason that bodybuilders choose peanut butter over any other ? thanks so much. cheers.
