Currently trying to gain weight, eating around 3k kcals. My meals are like this:
09:00 Breakfast
12.30 Lunch
15.00 Pre-workout meal
(16.30 workout)
18.00 Dinner
20.00-21.00 Snack (quite big one)
I go to bed around 22-23.00
How does this look?
