Vata Prakriti: Unveiling the Symptoms & Intermittent Fasting Vedique Plan Vata Prakri

Vata prakriti person has a dominance of vata dosha in their constitution. It is a cold, dry, rough, and light dosha that controls all the movements of our body. It governs the mental and physical movements of our body like the flow of blood, excretion of waste, breathing, flow of messages through the nerves, and an alert mind.

Vata dosha is located in the colon, brain, ears, bones, joints, and skin and helps in digestion. A person with vata prakriti is quick-minded,alert, flexible, and creative. Mentally, they usually grasp concepts quickly and forget quickly.

Physically, vata people are thin, tall, have a narrow bony structure, and have low muscle mass. They are alert, restless, active, walk fast, very talkative and get fatigued easily. Their digestive fire (jatharagni) is low and usually have indigestion. They have difficulty putting on weight, a variable appetite , bloating, constipation and bone/joint pains . They have indisciplined and irregular food habits and timmings. Their diet plan should include five frequent small portions of meals in a day.

Morning : Fenugreek Seeds water ( Soak 1 tsp/ 5 gms ) soaked overnight in 100 ml of water , the next morning have the water and eat the seeds )
Breakfast : Avocado Banana Smoothie ( Avocado , Banana , Date , Chia seeds , water )
Lunch : Saute vegetables (Zucchini and onions ) + Vegetable Oats Poha ( 1 Medium bowl) + Grated Carrot Salad

Evening : Roasted flax seeds ( 1 tsp) / Fruits ( Berries/ cherries/ oranges )
Dinner : Mashed Pumpkin ( 1 Medium bowl) / Yellow moong dal Soup , Spinach ( 1 Medium bowl)
