Macros tracking what needs to be included and what not

Hi,

I have recently recalculated my macros and prepared some food plans on Chronometer after I decided to stop keto and move to a more balanced diet (40 P/40 C/20 F). Since the quantity of fat is quite reduced and as I am willing to really do things properly, I was wondering if the fat included in supplements such as Omega-3, CLA, etc. but even Whey needs to be considered as consumed fats.

I also wanted to better understand the concept of "real protein" as I have been told that the 11G of proteins included in Collagen supplements also need not to be considered in the consumed proteins.
