Sup. I'm on a bulk, initially I was adding 0-0.5 per week, or I'd lose and get frustrated despite eating like a pig. It felt like I was making 0 progress.
Then the last handful of weeks I've gained 3 pounds every week! I haven't changed my eating much or my workouts. The increases have been consistent all of Feb so it's not a one time fluke or water weight.
I'm up 10 pounds in 6 weeks, which is what I expected all along but I was seeing 0 results for the longest time.
Is it normal to see plateaus and delayed jumps like that on a bulk?
