How many of ya'll use a food scale? I used to be a skinny fat 20 year old... put on some muscle, but also gained a belly through the years (check the join date... lmao.. I'm back!). Still work out 3-5 times a week, but not nearly to the extent I did years ago. These past few weeks I actually moved and have been going harder, but due to the added age, it's harder to get the fat to fall off (I'm not bad, 187lbs at 6' but not built so a beer belly is forming - need to be around the 170lb mark). I love my beer and unhealthy food, but I'd like to start counting macros again.
That was long.... speaking of a beer belly?
Anyways... anyone use a food scale to accurately count their macros? Tips on keeping it up? I used to use MyFitnessPal which seems to have been bought out by UnderArmour. Is that still the best way to go, or is there another better option?
Thanks and keep lifting yall
