Fasted weight training

Apologies in advance if this has been asked before...

My current work schedule includes certain days that begin at the crack of dawn, with a short break in the middle, and then continue until late at night. In the past I have prioritized a mid morning snack, and subsequent weight training session during our break, followed by lunch. I was considering moving my workouts to early morning, before work starts, to give myself some more free time in the afternoons to get home for a bit, relax, etc.
This would essentially mean doing my weight training fasted, immediately upon waking up. I have done fasted weight training before and felt ok, but I want to know if there are any pros/cons to the idea? My overall goal is fat loss without muscle loss, ideally to transition into a lean bulk in the near-ish future, but I don’t want to sabotage any progress I could be making.

Do any of you have experience or knowledge on the subject, and thoughts on if it’s a viable idea or if I should move stuff around in my diet? My daily meals plan out perfectly to accommodate a fasted workout, overall it’s just easiest for me logistically, but again, if it will hurt me then I’ll make some changes.

Thanks guys!
