Cutting but can’t reach protein without going over fat

I weigh 140lbs and need to drop to 130 because I’m about 18% body fat.

I’m eating a 1500 calorie diet to lose 1 pound a week. With MyFitnessPal.

The goal is to eat 130g of protein a day and 58g if fat a day.

I’m honestly having a hard time getting my protein level without going over the fats. I usually have extra carbs left over but on a tight budget with fat.

I eat eggs, sardines, chicken breast, whey protein, salmon on rotation. I really like salmon, but I’m tracking it on MFP and 6oz of raw salmon has 20+ grams of fat. That’s crazy. With eggs in the morning I find that I’m struggling to stay under the fat limit.

I did have an avocado today which I usually don’t eat. The carbs I get is all from vegetables, oatmeal, and whole wheat bread.

I’m right now skinny fat (I have been for a few years) but I’m working on it now because I’m eating much more protein now, and I’m going to lift harder, because I was going too easy on myself so I never gained muscle.
