I’ve started to meal prep and got abit confused with the raw weight/ cooked weight.
On the packet of Mince Meat is says 100G is 208Kcal, 16G protein, i’m guessing that raw weight right.
If I measure 200G cooked will that still be 208Kcal, 16G protein?
