Help me out guys! I'm not progressing anymore.

I'm a 23-year-old dude. I'm 5'10 and 174 pounds

I really want to have a body like peak Eugen Sandow.

I don't know if I'm eating enough but I work really hard in the gym 3x a week using Jeremy Either's full-body A and B workouts from youtube

I also run a 5k once a week in between gym days.

This is what I eat every day. I feel like the gains have slowed down and I can't seem to progress anymore. Help me out, bros! What else can I eat or do to get bigger?

Goals:
405 Deadlift
315 Barbell Back Squat
225 Bench press
