What about these meals?

1 can of light red kidney bean
1 can of diced tomato
white bread

I just boil water out of beans and tomato and serve on 2 slices of white bread.
It makes 3 meals.

I also have 1 protein bar.

I know I should not but I have a can of soda with my meals.
