Starting a meal prep business, and want to hear all of your thoughts on a few things!

Hello everybody! Firstly I'd like to thank everybody for taking the time to come into the post.

I'm beginning a locally based meal prep company in the UK, designed around supplying regular meals to health-enthusiasts who are too busy to do their own cooking, and I'm in the beginning phases of designing some recipes. I've been cooking as a hobby enthusiast for years now, and have decided to chase the dream. As the business begins, it will only be myself in the kitchen. This means a very limited menu until I get the chance to expand into a bigger kitchen with another cook or two. This also means I need to be very careful with the recipes that I design.

Many meal prep companies, of a larger scale, I believe get away with having meals that may not cater to a certain diet, because other meals they have will. For example, I've designed a very staple peri-peri chicken, rice, broccoli and sugar snap pea dish. This is great for low calories, and high protein, a good balance of carbs, however lacks the suggested fat content for somebody who might be bulking. My current plan is to delivery meals on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. With each day having a selection of three meals; one white meat meal, one red meat meal, and one vegetarian meal.

My question to you all is;

If you were to subscribe to a meal prep company who was delivering 7-14 of your meals a week, how important would it be to you that each meal have the perfect ratio of calories, protein, carbs, and fat?
