Hi,
I am looking for a diet that will allow be to gain weight as quickly as possible but still on the healthy side. I don't want to overload my body with sugars etc I am a newbie when it comes to nutrition and have looked up diets but im not sure which one that i need for what im trying to do. I am a skinny guy and looking to pack on as much weight as i can as im under weight. I need a diet to follow otherwise i would just fall behind and give up, i need to be organised this time and do it right.
If you guys have any advice or diets handy for mass gaining i would highly appreciate it. I'm ready to go out and buy whatever i need to get started!
