What does the ideal bodybuilding diet for lean bulking look like?

In terms of amount and type of protein, carbs (complex, starchy, sugars, etc.) , and fats (trans fat, saturated, monosaturated, etc.), micronutrients/vitamins likes sodium, cholesterol, potassium intake, vitamins, and how to evenly divide up calories among the 3 macro nutrients into a practical meal plan, and type of protein powder supplement in terms of fat/carb content...etc.etc...

I'm trying to be heart healthy, gain muscle and as little fat as possible!!
