Like everyone else I get that initial feeling of fullness with protein fluff, but it doesn't last that long. I suspect the water just separates and gets treated like a liquid in the stomach. Far different from when I eat foods with a lot of fiber because the fiber seems to trap the water and hold the feeling of fullness.
I've thought of using cranberries for this. A bit more calories but satisfies the fiber target. Problem is even frozen is quite expensive where I live.
Psyllium husk is a cheap though artificial option.
