Due to time constraints, I’ve been forced to do a Push Pull Legs split 3 days in a row instead of spacing my workouts out more in an EOD format. I still take several rest days after my days in. I’ve been lifting for years and my workouts tend to be very intense, but am I leaving any gains on the table by doing my workouts consecutively? Could I be harming my body’s overall recovery?
