Ok so I weigh 70kg at about 10% BF, I am also 30 years old and about 5ft 11, I know I am a bit skinny but I wanted to shed as much fat as possible before going on a bulk (last bulk was dirty bulk when I went to 87kg at about 23-24%bf but I was also quite strong).
I plan to eat at maintenance for 2 weeks then increase by 300kcal if my weight is fairly stable after these 2 weeks, if it goes up by too much in these 2 weeks I reduce by about 300kcal and go from there, if it goes down I increase by 500kcal after the 2 weeks and go from there. all whilst hitting my macro goals (160g protein 90g fat the rest in carbs) making sure I gain about 500-750g a month (after the 2 weeks)
My question is:
I plan to take creatine (which I haven't been doing on a cut) and I know this can increase water weight, therefore what is the best thing to do regarding the weight? skip the creatine until after I have found out that my maintenance is correct?
I just want to bulk and put on as much muscle and as little fat as possible
