My daily goal is 244 grams per day. I only lift once a week right now. Working my way up to two soon. I've read that you should get around 1 gram of protein per lb. I weigh 323 at 5'9.I'm not sure how about my BF%. I also saw if you're really overweight your protien shouldn't be that high. My carbs are pretty high and my fat is low if that matters. My main goal is to get lean and muscular. at least as much as i can while dropping weight. How much protein do i need or is the same for everyone. Right now i guess im at .75.
