Help me!

I'm having trouble completing my diet for a lean bulk. Right now I'm at....

Workout Days:

-Whole chicken (40oz)
- 2 Spinach/kale/blueberry smoothies

Calories= 2100
Protein= 257
Carbs= 72
Fat= 87

Off Day:

-Half chicken (20oz)
-2 Spinach/kale/blueberry smoothie
-Salmon or steak

Calories= 1600
Protein= 178
Carbs= 71
Fat= 69


I'm attempting to make 2900 calories for workout days and 2400 for off days. I'm looking for low fat foods but high calorie.

Any suggestions?
