I am just curious how we can tell if we are using too big of a calorie deficit, and therefore losing muscle. Do you think it’s safe to say that as long as I am losing weight, and not losing strength (I have actually been gaining strength) then I must be on the right track and am not losing more muscle than expected on a cut.
