So.... I'm 5'10, about 230 lbs. About 22% body fat. Take in average around 2100 cals daily, 200g approx protein, 130g approx carbs, and 85g approx fat.
Issue is that at these numbers above I don't drop weight, I'm trying to cut but weight stays the same even after a month....
So I drop these numbers to 1850 / 1900 a day where I can lose around 1 to 1.5 lbs per week but i feel weak as f*** and my workouts suffer horribly.
Any advice on this? Should I be eating around 2100 and pray to see some gains eventually or suffer through the crappy workouts but get those cuts.
