Advice on cut/bulk plan

So im trying my first ever proper (counting calories/macros) cut and bulk amd wanted to see if im doing it properly.

Im 187cm tall and sitting at 104kg, maybe 22% bf (dont know)
Im currently losing 1kg/week exactly. Protein 220g, fat 75g and carbs 137g.
When i get to point where i have some well defined abs ill start bulking, will probably up the carbs and aim fpor 3000 cals.
Now i understand the cals will need to be adjusted to control rate of weight gain. Qustion, if for cutting 1% of body fat/week is recommnded is there a recommnded bulk rate?


Bit of background of it helps. In 2012 i started training. Over the next few years i just ate by feel and slowly gaines weight until i reached 117kg in 2018. I than went down to ~107kg nd pretty much stayes there unable to move the weight up or down by feel. Hence ive decides to start counting shiit
