Ujala Cygnus to raise Rs 150 crore from PE investors

Ujala Cygnus is controlled by leading media house Amar Ujala through its healthcare arm Medicive Healthcare. Ghoshal owns 25% in Medicive. Eight Roads Ventures, Evolvence India Fund II and Somerset Indus Capital Partners are other investors, who may exit in the upcoming round.
