So long story short I would always bloat terribly after eating any protein shakes, oats, breads etc. It would completely destroy any hope of getting enough calories in to bulk properly. Recent tests concluded that I have a gluten and lactose intolerance. I am 42 and I never had this issue until the past couple of years. I am currently 6’2 185 around 14% bodyfat. I have put together a diet that has been working for me for the past few weeks. I have good energy levels and I am never bloated. My intake is 3800 calories daily. This is my current daily to the gram. I don’t log my veggies because it’s negligible but I eat asparagus and carrots with my lunch and dinner. I have put on 2 pounds in the past 2 weeks (morning weight). Just looking for some constructive criticism. It seems very easy to get all my cals in and TDEE calculations put me at 3300. I have a pretty active job and workout 5 days a week.
