I swear I had 'known' from years back that carbonation negatively effected calcium absorption in the body... passed this info on to a friend recently who drank a lot of carbonated water. Friend said wasn't true. I told them look it up... they did... told me wasn't true... I now looked up and it appears everything I'm finding says that was a myth! Mind blown lol... anyone else have any deeper insite on this topic? Am I missing something or have I been misled all along???
