bulk or cut at 11-12% 71kg

Hi,

Ok so after about 6 months I cut from 21% bf to around 10-11%, 88kg to 70kg. I lost a bit of muscle and I would say I am a bit skinnier than I would like to be but I do have decent muscle definition for the muscle I do have (see latest pic in bodyspace)

I was 1 week into a clean bulk (eating 300kcal surplus) and starting the 3 day push/pull Viking workout in the stickies and then the gym closed due to the coronavirus.

I now only have a few resistance bands and a pullup bar which I am using but it is just not the same. I am currently eating in excess (300kcal) but due to the limited resistance training I can do I am expecting to gain a bit of fat and lose some muscle, it sucks but I have accepted it as there is nothing I can do about it. I have considered eating maintenance just to minimise fat gain and may do this until the gym re-opens.

My question is, should I do a mini cut when the gym reopens to shave off the 1-2% bodyfat I am almost certain to gain in the coming months or do I go straight into a bulk?

Help please. If I am having my breakfast Late the previous day

Ok sorry if this is basic but I couldn’t find any help.

I’m aiming to have 2000 calories a day. If I had my breakfast last night after eating 2000 cals, then tried to only eat 1300 the next day, but had another breakfast at 6pm tonight and it eaqualed to 2000 did I eat 2500 one day or did it equal 2000?

I know it’s hard to understand that’s why I’m so confused. But I tried to only eat 1300 today but I got so hungry I had to have my 700 cal breakfast tonight. I won’t eat again until 11am tomorrow.thanks in advance for the help
